These terms create a legal agreement between you ("You" or "Your") and your use of the software applications ("Game" or "Games") for mobile devices that are created by punkdog games ("We" or "Us"). You agree that by using our games you are agreeing to these terms.
You agree that you are at least 13 years old and if you are between 13 years old and 18 years old that the proper consent from a parent or guardian has been given prior to playing our games. You also agree the parent or guardian has read and agreed to these terms and is happy for you to play our games.
We can, at any time, make changes to these terms for purposes including, but not limited to, the nature of our games, products and services, for legal, technical, or operational reasons, or because the nature of our business has changed. These terms will always be made available online. You agree that by continued use of our games you agree to the updated terms.
You are responsible for the internet connection and/or any mobile data charges that may be incurred whilst using our games. You should confirm any applicable data charges with your mobile phone operator before you play.
We have the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any of our games (in whole or in part) at any time without liability to you. This may be for technical difficulties experienced by us or by you, to improve your experience, because it is no longer viable for us to continue the game, where we have a legal obligation, or because we have altered the services we provide.
There may be times that our games and/or services are unavailable to you for maintenance, upgrade or other technical reasons on a scheduled or unscheduled basis.
Our games store gameplay data locally on your device(s) and they also store a secure backup on our servers if you are playing online. We only collect a minimal amount of personal data necessary to provide optional account features and synchronize progress across devices.
If you choose to secure your city using email sync, we securely store your email address to associate your progress with your account so that you can restore it on another device. We do not use your email for marketing and we do not sell or share it with third parties.

We do not collect names, passwords, payment details, or other personal details.
We process your email address under performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) to provide optional sync/restore. We process support messages under legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) to respond to you.
Our games use trusted third-party SDKs that may collect non-personal identifiers (e.g., device ID, IP address, ad engagement metrics) or authentication tokens for synchronization:
Each provider is GDPR compliant and responsible for its own data processing in accordance with its privacy policy.
Your optional email sync data is stored on servers located in the United Kingdom. For EU/EEA players, transfers to the UK are covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision. All connections between your device and our servers are fully encrypted with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
We reserve the right to permanently delete dormant accounts or accounts that have had no activity for a minimum period of 90 days. At which point, you will no longer have access to your account nor any progress, history, or purchases associated with it. No refund will be applicable and no compensation will be offered in such event.
Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights or request manual deletion of your game data stored online, email gdpr@punkdog.games. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We are not responsible for any loss of game data, progress, or purchases resulting from, but not limited to: user actions (including uninstalling the game or failing to link an account), device failure, server outages, software or hardware errors, acts of God, or any other events beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to secure and maintain your progress by linking your account (via Google Play, Apple, Facebook, or Email Sync) and ensuring it is regularly synced with our servers.
Where applicable, our games allow you to purchase extra content and/or services ("Virtual goods") to enhance your gaming experience. You can only purchase virtual goods from the app store that you originally downloaded the game from. You buy virtual goods with real money and virtual goods cannot be exchanged for real money.
You agree that all purchases of virtual goods are final and that you will not be entitled to a refund after the process has been completed, subject to the policies of the app store that you make the purchase from. Virtual goods have no real-world value, are redeemed instantly, and are non-returnable.
We have the right to add, remove, or amend the virtual goods at any time. This will not affect any purchases of virtual goods you have already made nor the services that those virtual goods will have provided you.
You must comply with the laws that are applicable in the country that you access our games from. If any such laws prohibit you from playing our games then it is your responsibility to comply with those laws. You agree that any personal data provided by you to us is accurate and truthful, both now and in the future, and that you will not use another person's identity in any interaction.
You agree that any user-generated content, created by you in whatever form, is your sole responsibility. You agree that any content created by you is not unlawful or harmful to any person or entity. You will not disrupt or interfere with, in any way, our games, our servers, or any third-party network that distributes our games and services.
You will not attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, hack, intercept, or tamper with any communication between our games and the networks and servers they connect to. You will not disrupt the enjoyment of other players.
We do not control any user-generated content posted via our games. Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any such content. We reserve the right to amend or remove any content that we feel would be harmful to another player, is illegal, or is in breach of these terms.
You agree to abide by these terms at all times and will compensate us and/or any connected third party, within the applicable legal framework, if at any point you breach these terms.

Our games are designed to be safe and fun. We follow recognised safety standards to reduce risks like flashing-light effects. If you are sensitive to fast visuals, please take care and pay attention to in-game warnings.
If you ever spot a safety problem with one of our games, email safety@punkdog.games. This goes directly to our safety lead.
Behind the scenes, we keep a safety review for each game. This covers risks, age ratings, and how we handle updates. Regulators can see this if needed, but players normally won’t need to.
On the rare chance a safety issue comes up, we’ll act quickly: issue a fix through an update, or if necessary, remove the game. We also cooperate with EU reporting systems if that’s required.
All intellectual property rights of our games, including but not limited to, design and gameplay are exclusively owned by us or licensed to us.
You must not copy or distribute our games, either privately or publicly. Unless you have prior agreement, in writing from us, you must not create any derivative work from our games or any part thereof.
If any part of these terms is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, which shall not affect the entirety of this document, where possible, the part that is affected will be interpreted as close as possible to our original intention within the scope of the applicable law.
